Division: Client Servicing Responsibilities: YOUR ROLE Support organizational growth by maintaining and growing existing client relationships, along with a team of highly motivated individuals. Client satisfaction, contribution to pitches and conversion of upsells is of prime importance. II. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES – Maintaining client relationships – Evaluating client appetite and create upsell / cross selling opportunities – Build trust with higher level POCs within brand team – Strategize jointly with other teams for large campaigns – Engage in smart negotiations with clients (when required) in terms of budgets, timelines and deliverables – Manage team and client escalations – Participate in media planning discussions – Create strategic monthly way-forward plans for brands – Sign-off on vendors shortlisted for brands, based on quality standards and budgets – Drive positive curiosity and a hunger for innovative ideas through the team – Identify team’s training needs and ensure they are addressed – Conduct knowledge sharing sessions to upskill the team on latest industry trends – Effectively balance team’s interest and client/work pressure – Initiate and drive case study creation that can be nominated for awards, post completion of noteworthy campaigns III. ABOUT YOU
Professional / Academic Requirements –5+ years relevant work experience – A Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or another relevant field – Relevant Post Graduate Degree (Optional) Technical Requirements – Proficient understanding of digital media dynamics and platform analytics – Good understanding of Web, SEO and Media – Ability to decode trends and analytics from data – Ability to understand Business – Proficient with the MS Office Software (Word, Power Point, Excel) – Positive negotiation ability – Excellent communication and presentation skills Creative Requirements – Creative & Strategic thinking – Ability to crack innovative concepts – Quick conceptualization of ideas – A Masters in the Art of Managing people – Up-to-date on creative and market trends Work Experience Required: 5-8 Years Open Positions: 1
