Job Description


Responsibilities:
  • Develop opportunities for the sales team through an account based multi-channel strategy engaging multiple personas across the account utilising our Smart Digital Reality (SDR) value proposition
  • Interact with prospects via telephone and email with a high attention to detail
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives
  • Develop and execute on a strong prospecting plan of attack, including email and call scripts
  • Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity using Salesforce.com
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections and competitive questions
  • Assign opportunities to appropriate AE, educating rep as necessary about the opportunity
  • Meet or exceed assigned quota of a minimum of 18 x qualified opportunities every quarter AND a minimum of 40%+ converting to S1 (sales accepted opportunity)
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and successfully manage and overcome prospect objections to secure qualified meetings and expand Hexagon's presence.
  • Train: Support the ADR Country Manager to identify and proactively reduce gaps in knowledge, skills, or experience across the ADR team by creating and conducting monthly trainings that not only impart knowledge but engage people so that they can absorb that knowledge.

  • 2+ years of proven excellence in business development, inside sales and/or sales
  • Consistently overachieving ADR quota
  • Experience in engineering is strongly desired
  • Experience using Salesforce.com strongly desired
  • Experience using ADR engagement platforms like Salesloft/Outreach and Demandbase
  • Experience in the engineering industry and engineering education/Bachelor's degree
  • Strong understanding of ADR and lead development best practices and procedures
  • Proven ability to perform successfully and self-motivated
  • 100% reliable and detail oriented. A drive to execute flawlessly.
  • Positive can-do attitude and tireless work ethic. Driven and self-sufficient.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and mentor other junior ADR?s
