5 Daily field visit to the stores/quantify allocation of packets on daily basis
6 Training and Coaching stores Associates
7 Develop relationships and drive stores against operational goals
8 Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports of Store performance
10 Ability to understand performance metrics and work towards the goals
11 Drive engagement with stores
12 Availability to work on flexible shifts
13 Expected store visit frequency will be a Ratio of 1:130. The ratio of stores & store visits shall
increase depending on the necessity.
14 Initiate signup process of new stores and initiate the BGV of new stores
