We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Account Associate

to join our team. The ideal candidate will support account managers and client service teams by managing administrative tasks, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services. This entry-to-mid-level position is perfect for someone looking to grow in sales, marketing, or account management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist account managers in daily tasks including client communication, scheduling, and reporting. Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions based on client needs. Maintain up-to-date client records and documentation in CRM systems. Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to clients. Support the development of proposals, presentations, and sales materials. Address client issues promptly and escalate when necessary to ensure satisfaction. Monitor industry trends and assist with market research to support strategic decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1-3 years of experience in client services, sales support, or administrative roles preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Highly organized with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
