Overview:

Accelerize 360 is looking for Business Analyst with experience delivering business applications driven by usability, automation and reportability to clients. This role demands a natural problem-solving attitude, a keen aptitude for consultative requirement gathering and management of multiple simultaneous projects.

Role:

- Gather requirements from clients while simultaneously guiding them on best practices and recommendations

- Document user stories, functional requirements, process flows and UACs

- Structure solutions and various implementation options in an easily understandable format to enable clients to make educated decisions

- Create, own and manage the project plan and timeline

- Operate in and foster a hyper agile cycle of quick feedback gathering, development and testing.

- Plan sprints by gathering requirements, resolving client dependencies and filling the sprint backlog

- Continuously prioritize backlog tasks for the development team

- Run daily scrum calls and be responsible for aligning project execution to the promised timeline and providing weekly timesheets to the client

- Monitor and manage the team utilization

- Present weekly demos to the client and train users

- Drive status calls with clients to discuss timelines, resources and risks

- Manage client sign-offs on key milestones and overall project delivery

- Collaborate with the client and their vendor teams, ensuring all client dependencies are resolved in time

- Drive the cutover process to ensure a seamless transition for business users

Requirements:

- Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or equivalent

- Experience with Salesforce implementation projects is preferred

- Certified as a Project Manager and an Agile Practitioner

- Client servicing experience is a must

- Experience with Lucidchart or an equivalent tool

- Strong and structured presentation, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

- Tremendous attention to detail

- Result-driven with a deadline-oriented approach

- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliverables in a mix of agile and waterfall approaches
