Position- Sr Associate - BUSINESS ANALYST
Job location - Delhi
CTC- Upto 25 lac
Collection Strategy & Risk Management
JOB RESONSIBILITES:
- Good at Diagnostic/Prescriptive/Descriptive /predictive analytics in the collections domain
- To do deep dive of the portfolio and provide inputs to the collections team to increase efficiencies
- Develop & Recalibrate ECL model for Retail loans which include the calculation of Probability of Default (PD), Loss given Default (LGD) & Exposure at Default (EAD)
- Cost analysis product-wise and provide inputs to the collections team to increase efficiencies and Identifying the areas
- Work in Tandem with IT for automation of Dashboards
- Provide analytical support to team on bounces and corrective action plan with ops and Credit policy team
- Allocation logic to be reviewed month on month and re-calibrated basis analytical inputs
- ECL forecast and impact analysis
- Deep dive of geographic/ agency /product level
- Performance and provide strategy and analytical support to the team
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :
- Strong understanding of collections, risk & different stages & concepts of ECL like PD(Probability of Default (PD), Loss given Default (LGD) & Exposure at Default (EAD)
- Minimum 2-4 years in model deployment & recalibration
- Hands on experience with Power BI & Tableau for visualization will be an add on
