About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage the learning experience of up to 5000 (about 250) students a month, from their onboarding in the course till their course completion
2. Work on driving initiatives to increase engagement and improve our KPIs
3. Lead and train our team of facilitators to ensure the quality of the learning experience of our students and educators
4. Maintain timely coordination with all the stakeholders
5. Work on studying data and analyzing behavior patterns and provide suggestions on ways to improve the learning journey
6. Collect feedback from the learners, pass it to the educators, and ensure the quality of each live class is maintained

1. Excellent communication and people skills
2. Time management and problem-solving skills
3. Ability to design activities to enable better learning
4. A proactive, enthusiastic, and innovative approach to work
5. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
