Responsibilities:

Student Guidance:

Provide academic counseling to students regarding course selection, career paths, and educational planning.

Admissions Support:

Assist prospective students in understanding available programs, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.

Needs Assessment:

Identify students' strengths, weaknesses, and interests to recommend suitable academic options.

Career Counseling:

Guide students about career opportunities based on their chosen academic path.

Information Sharing:

Explain curriculum, program structures, policies, and institutional offerings.

Follow-up & Support:

Track student progress and provide ongoing support to help them achieve academic goals.

Problem Solving:

Address students' academic or adjustment challenges and provide solutions.

Record Management:

Maintain accurate student records, counseling notes, and progress reports.

Workshops & Seminars:

Organize orientation programs, career guidance sessions, and academic workshops.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with faculty, parents, and administration to ensure students' overall development.

Motivation & Encouragement:

Encourage students to stay motivated and committed toward their academic and career goals.
