Job Description

Responsibilities:



1. Lead Generation & Prospecting



Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outbound calls/emails.

Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority.

2. Initial Client Engagement



Reach out to prospects to introduce the company's products or services.

Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team.

3. Market Research



Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

Gather insights to support sales and marketing strategies.

4. Sales Support



Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.

Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications.

5. Customer Relationship Building



Nurture relationships with potential clients to build trust and rapport.

Maintain regular communication to keep prospects engaged until they are ready to purchase.

6. Reporting & CRM Management



Update lead and interaction details in CRM software.

Track performance metrics such as calls made, meetings set, and leads converted.

7. Collaboration



Coordinate with marketing teams to align outreach efforts with campaigns.

Share feedback from prospects to help improve offerings and messaging
