Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students to introduce educational programs.
Answer inbound queries related to courses, fees, and enrollment procedures.
Maintain a detailed record of calls and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Provide accurate information to help students make informed enrollment decisions.
Work closely with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process.
Stay updated on the latest educational programs and offerings.
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure prospective students have all necessary information.
Take charge of Front Office
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communication or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role, preferably in the education sector.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential students.
