Job Description
Job responsibilities include
- Managing teacher onboarding process including interviews
- Manage operations of day-to-day live online classes
- Manage domestic and international parent/ teacher relationships including overseeing demos.
- Oversee existing class quality and improve controls
- Increase in enrollments
- Basic social media management
- Operational skills
- Interpersonal skills -Ability to manage relationships across diverse situations and raise the service levels
- Agile in responding to queries
- Good knowledge of MS office
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing incl making creatives
- Day shift
- Yearly bonus
