CTC - 4.2 L - 4.3 L Per Annum
Please note that this is a class-based role. The successful candidate will teach 30% of the teaching load of a full-time class teacher. An academic coordinator oversees and coordinates various academic activities and programs within an educational institution.

Leading Teaching, Learning, and Assessment Set a model of excellence in classroom practice Liaise with colleagues across the school to ensure a smooth transition of pupils about curriculum provision Track student progress, and monitor standards of learning and teaching to set realistic academic targets for pupils
The academic Coordinator role involves supporting and ensuring the smooth functioning of academic operations, facilitating communication between faculty, students, and administrators, and assisting in curriculum development and implementation. Academic coordinators assist students in resolving academic issues and connecting them with appropriate resources and support services.
Other Role: Provide professional leadership. Assist the Head of School. Lead on pedagogical initiatives and approaches. Lead on pupil progress and tracking systems in core subject areas. Establish, evaluate, and develop the academic aims and standards of the Maths, English, Social Science, and Science curriculum and assessment. Keep up to date with changes and initiatives in education viz. NCF, HPC, SAFAL, SQAAF
