Job Description

Perform routine maintenance and repair of HVAC systems including split units, window units, VRF, chillers, and central AC systems. Troubleshoot AC complaints promptly and efficiently in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house. Ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency of air conditioning systems. Maintain records/logs of all maintenance and service activities. Replace faulty parts like compressors, motors, thermostats, etc., and check gas levels. Support energy conservation and sustainability initiatives by ensuring proper functioning of AC systems. Ensure safety compliance during maintenance tasks. Coordinate with other engineering staff for multi-disciplinary repairs. Attend to emergency calls and ensure guest satisfaction.
