Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all air-conditioning and refrigeration systems in the facility, including chillers, blast chillers, cold rooms, freezers, split AC units, and ductable AC systems. Ensure optimal temperature control and equipment uptime in all food production and storage areas as per hygiene and safety standards.
