Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance of all HVAC systems as per schedule. Diagnose and repair faults in air-conditioning units, split units, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and refrigeration equipment. Attend guest room complaints related to AC and maintain quick turnaround time. Monitor and record operating parameters of chillers, pumps, and cooling towers. Carry out regular inspection of equipment to identify potential issues before breakdown. Maintain proper documentation of daily readings, work orders, and service reports. Ensure energy-efficient operation of HVAC systems to reduce power consumption. Perform routine cleaning of filters, coils, ducts, blowers, and cooling systems. Repair and service cold rooms, deep freezers, ice machines, and refrigerators in F&B outlets. Assist in major overhauling works and coordinate with external vendors when required. Follow safety procedures, use PPE, and maintain tools in good condition. Support the Engineering team in general maintenance work when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
