Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular preventive maintenance and routine inspections on all air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems. Diagnose malfunctioning systems, identify root causes, and carry out repairs efficiently. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot split units, package units, chillers, cold rooms, and VRV/VRF systems. Check and record gas pressures, temperatures, electrical connections, and compressor performance. Replace faulty components such as compressors, thermostats, motors, sensors, filters, and fan belts. Maintain accurate service and maintenance logs for all equipment. Ensure all HVAC systems comply with safety, health, and environmental standards. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from other departments or guest complaints related to air conditioning. Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager for spare part requisitions and report major issues requiring outside contractor support. Support energy-saving initiatives and monitor system efficiency. Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times, wearing proper PPE while on duty.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
