Work you\xe2\x80\x99ll do In our Assurance (A&A) team you\xe2\x80\x99ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations, while demonstrating strong technical capabilities, including:

• Must have experience with and knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as well as in-depth understanding of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Must also have demonstrated up-to-date knowledge of CSR project design, implementation, and management.
• Should be able to become a subject matter expert for all things related to social impact assessments and stakeholder engagements, including social return on investment (SROI) principles, including familiarity with environmental policies in India.
• Must have advised organizations on their CSR policy, stakeholder needs, CSR project design and/or CSR project implementation. Should have prior experience in conducting environmental and social impact assessments.
• Must have certifications from standard setters like Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), World Resources Institute (WRI), International Organization for Standardization (ISO), etc.
• Should be able to work across multi-functional teams with competing priorities while still delivering key objectives within given time constraints. Must have excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Minimum 6 years of relevant consulting work experience in ESG / CSR / sustainability advisory / reporting.
• Post-graduate degree in economics, engineering, environmental science, or related field.
• Professional certifications in at least one sustainability reporting framework (GRI, , BRSR, etc.)
• Excellent domain awareness in climate change, regulatory policy, impact valuation, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), etc.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Proficient in writing sector reports, articles, and technical reports.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel, GIS, and other relevant modelling software.
• Familiar with programming languages such as Python, R and SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to design logic structures for complex problem.
