Role Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Technical Content Writer with 5-7 years\' experience, you are expected to perform the following:
- Identify, create, and edit articles for a Help Centre/the Website.
- Work with Engineers and Support team members to improve existing articles quality and usability.
- Comprehend the technical information, articulate, and describe in an understandable way to the end users.
- Present the articles in an intelligent (SEO), impactful (Technical), and impressive (Template/Structure) manner.
- Prepare comparative studies against partners and competitors\' articles and recommend suggestions.
- Implement latest/current article writing standards.
- Be a self-starter and complete the tasks under minimal supervision.

Technical Content Development (Writing, Editing, Publishing)
Production Delivery (Web/HTML)
Industry:
Good to have Network Security and Multi Cloud Services, 5G, DDoS, Application Security, or Load Balancing knowledge.
Academic Qualification:
Any bachelor\'s degree in arts/science with 5+ years of relevant experience with excellent English writing and verbal skills.
