Sales Manager -B2B Cross Border agri Commodity Sales

What will you do?

- Leading the Cross Border Sales in agri commodity (rice)

- Build Demand: Networking of All relevant agri commodity business buyer

- Nurture :- Existing Relationships & Explore New Opportunities to enhance Business Volumes-

- Ideating New Strategies and Business Plans for Cross-Border export

- Build Team to drive the Business

- Internal coordination to ensure Smooth Regional Business Functioning- Coordinate with Operations, Tech, Product & other Centralized Teams, to Brainstorm on Process Automation

- Complete P&L Ownership

What will you need?

- Entrepreneurial mindset with 2-5 years of Cross Border B2B Sales exposure in agri commodity (rice, wheat, sugar etc.) or Exposure to International B2B Sales in Food or Agri Product Export

- Candidates with experience handling clients in the Middle East

- PnL Management for Categories being built from scratch

- Strong problem solving skills

- Ability to collaborate with Cross Functional teams

- Good communication (written and oral), leadership and project management skills

- Graduations/MBA from tier-1 college
