About this opportunity
This is highly technical role in which (BDGS SD PACO) will interface with Regional domain specialists as a domain expert. Solution Architect will provide in-depth, experienced level support and advise the Regional EP /Proposal team in Packet Core domain. Need to work closely with regional counterparts in customer Solution Designing, High Level Design/ Low Level Design based on the requirements and Installation, Integration, configuration of SGSN-MME/EPG/WMG/SAPC.
This role is also expected to initiate and participate in knowledge-sharing activities, as well as coaching and mentoring others in team to build their competence.

What you will do

• Minimum of 10 years of Telecom experience in the EPC network space with at least 5 years in a operational support role in a 24x7 environment, to include network the installation.
• Should be able to work on preparation of HLD / DLD for the Packet Core Network as per the Customer requirements.
• Should be able to perform integration and upgrade of the Packet Core Nodes.
• Should be willing to travel as per the business requirements.

You will bring

Job location: Bangalore / Gurgaon / Noida / Kolkata/ Pune / Chennai

• Expertise in Solution, Design and integration of Packet Core Nodes which should primarily include – SGSN / MME , GGSN /EPG , PCRF /SAPC, ePDG / WMG , 5G nsa /sa
• Should have end to end understanding of the Packet Core Solutions.
• Should have deep knowledge of 4G and 5G call flows, and overall understanding of newest technologies in the Telecom space including VoLTE, VoWiFi, IoT etc.
• Should have understanding of the Cloud environment and understanding of how EPC solutions can be deployed over the cloud.
• Solid understanding of 5G and emerging technologies in the Mobile Core Domain.
• Should have Expertise / knowledge / understanding of RHOSP / CEE /Docker/Containers/Kubernetes over BSP / Dell / HP / HDS, and orchestrators such as ATLAS, ECM etc.
• Should have expertise and understand of onboarding, integration of the v-EPC on the Cloud environment.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and components such as TCP/IP, SCTP, UDP, ICMP, Firewall and Load balancer.
• Sound understanding of troubleshooting tools like Wireshark, K12/K15 / Spirent.
