Role Description

This position is for a technical architect for SaaS group. Working as part of a team you would be responsible for:

• Own planning, delivery and growth of various SaaS scrum teams
• Own design and architecture of Java Spring Boot backend & React UI front end for Cyber Security product
• Create architect design documents and bring design centric culture to the team by taking hands-on development work.
• Work in agile scrum-based environment with dynamic requirement and delivery model
• Ensure smooth delivery & customer KPI compliances for timeline, quality, and team velocity
• Regular interaction with TPM and PO team on requirement, scope, and roadmap planning
• Owning best practices, implementation of quality standards, PR & code reviews
• Working in collaboration with engineers & architects in US & India
• Reporting status update, quality metrics and KPI deliverables
• Investigate customer problems referred by technical support.
• Engage and participate on an Agile team of a world-class software developers.
• Apply independence and creativity to problem solving across project assignments.
• Effectively communicate with team members, project managers and clients, as required.

Technical Skills

The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in,

• Deep understanding and experience of delivering full stack end to end scalable and distributed Cloud applications serviced out of OCI/Amazon AWS/Azure or Other.
• Experience in building and delivering MicroServices written JAVA spring-boot and React UI framework
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline with detailed understanding of CloudOps processes with tools like K8s, Terraform, Estio and Prometheus
• Experience working with SQL Databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Solid SaaS Application architecture and Cloud Deployment architecture principles with deep rooted experience on OCI/ Amazon AWS
• Should be familiar with SaaS FW concepts like observability, monitoring, service mesh, RBAC and IDP (Keyclock, OKTA, Azure)
• Experience and expertise in building and delivering cross-functional agile teams by managing and overseeing KPIs
• Manage project timelines, estimations, risk management etc.
• Test Driven Development (TDD) mindset and orientation of 100% test automation
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to interface well with externally facing departments and directly with customers.
• Desire to work in an agile team that strives to be great, is politely self-critical, and continuously improves

Nice-to-have skills

Prior excepting in Developing Cyber Security Products

• Experience with tools like Jenkins, Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding and awareness of Secure software development lifecycle and web application vulnerabilities counter measures, e.g., OWASP Top 10 Security Risks
• Experience working with NoSQL Databases like MongoDB, Cassandra

Qualifications

• 12+ years of work experience in web application, API & cloud development.
• B.Tech., M.Tech. or MCA degree from a reputed university
