As a project you will be responsible for undertaking various new installation works encompassing CCTV, access control, security systems equipment. You will take responsibility for all assigned projects from commencement to completion. You will complete these projects in a manner that exceeds our customers\' expectations and ensures that our work adheres to all company policies and procedures. The role requires you to supervise, direct and motivate a team of electricians & junior project managers during planning, estimating, design, installation, start-up, commissioning, turnover and warranty of assigned projects. This position will ensure customer satisfaction throughout all project phases until completion.

Responsibilities:-

- To design and implement CCTV and security designs. Strong experience in drawing electrical layouts and building plans in accordance with relevant codes of practice/policies.

- To provide various security access control, CCTV and associated telecom/networking infrastructure designs and specifications

- Strong understanding of hardware procurement. Analyse plans, contract specifications, and contracts to determine project requirements. Participates in the job site final walk through and manages the completion of all close out documentation.

- Utilises financial and monthly forecasting to manage and contain costs and works with other team members to monitor, manage and control costs. Pursues timely payments from the customer and authorises payments to material suppliers and subcontractors.

- Providing a quality installation in the most methodical and efficient manner.

- Build strong relationships both with internal stakeholders & external clients. Has a zeal for customer success & maintain high NPS

- Maintaining safe work environment at all times and have a good understanding of health and safety i.e. Method, Risk assessments, safe working procedures etc. Coordinate and supervise a team of electricians & contract employees.

- Client training and demonstration of systems to explain the systems working and functionality. Responding to out of hours service calls.

- Meet the levels of service, response times and service management procedures required to manage an effective maintenance capability.

- Analyse and recommend optimal positioning of maintenance assets to support readiness and on-going contract maintenance requirements

- Manage, track and resolve warranty issues including logistics related to equipment returns to manufacturers or vendors.

Qualifications:-

- 10 -14 years of experience of design and implementation of large scale integrated security systems and complex projects. The aptitude to understand and interpret contracts drawings and project specifications

- Broad knowledge of the following technologies: CCTV, IP video, Intelligent Video, video storage & archiving, command/control display technologies and general Security system principles and practices.

- Good knowledge of technical infrastructure and integration technologies to include power, UPS, networking, communications,

- Demonstrate experience in the design, procurement and application of IT/security solutions/techniques in a commercial and/or law enforcement environment.

- Network experience to include WAN, LAN, firewall, network switch technologies and video transmission on IP networks.

- Ability to quickly develop professional and trusted relationships with a variety of cultures and clients.

- Willingness and ability to work flexibly and diligently.

- Bachelor\'s Degree in a technical field preferred, although candidates with a combination of directly related experience and education will also be considered

- Must have strong leadership, listening, verbal and written communication skills

- Good working knowledge in MS tools, especially on Excel & Powerpoint
