Job Brief : We are seeking a high-caliber Individual who will be responsible for selling digital advertising space & sponsorships to Direct Corporates and Advertising Agencies.Responsibilities : 1. Contact the potential clients/leads to offer the firm\'s advertising services.2. Develop, pitch, and execute new sales initiatives and also manage the existing clients.3. 1-2 years of online advertising, digital media, or analytics sales experience with National accounts.4. Should have experience in handling key accounts/ client servicing.5. Must have extensive experience of (and be passionate about) building and growing successful relationships with lenders.6. The candidate is expected to be well connected with direct online media advertisers, media agencies namely GroupM, Dentsu, etc.7. Strong consultative sales skills, relationship building, external and internal customer satisfaction management.8. Strong understanding of internet advertising technologies.9. Build, manage and scale a revenue pipeline with advertisers, online ad networks/agencies and maintain a threshold of Ad Sales revenue every month.10. Will be reporting and closely working with the CEO to decide sales price, etc.11. Explain to clients how specific types of advertising will help promote their products or services in the most effective way.12. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing clients.Qualifications and Education Requirements-1. Bachelor\'s degree in Advertising, communication, or related field preferred.Salary - 6lpa-8lpaExperience : 1. A minimum of 1-2 years is required in Digital Advertising Sales.2. Candidates with an inflight magazine, outdoor advertising in the aviation or luxury media industry experience may be evaluated.3. Demonstrate the sales achievement of the previous organization4. Excellent in preparing PPT with proficiency in the use of Word and Excel.5. Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills6. Should have a Positive \'No Quit\' attitude.7.
