Client: Mqbit ( https://www.mqbit.com/ ) Required skillsets: 3D modeling (3D Max, 3D MAYA-ONLY) Video editing (Adobe premier pro, After effect) Duration: Minimum 2 months, can be extended Role - Full-time contractual role Experience level: 3+ years Job summary: This position requires knowledge of 3D motion graphic design production and excellent communication skills to collaborate with different teams and departments to deliver results in a timely manner. We are looking for an artist with unique, compelling, and high-quality work who will contribute creative content to various projects. Key responsibilities: Develop creative concepts and storyboards for 3D motion graphics projects Design and animate 3D motion graphics elements, including typography, illustrations, and visual effects Create animated logo intros, lower thirds, and other visual elements for videos and presentations Incorporate sound design and audio effects to enhance the visual storytelling Optimize motion graphics for various digital platforms, ensuring compatibility across different devices and screen sizes Edit and composite video footage to create seamless and cohesive 2D/3D motion graphics Revise and adapt existing graphics and motion graphic assets to new requirements Collaborate with creative, account services and client to understand project objectives and requirements Work with creative directors, art directors, copywriters, and illustrators to design and animate 3D motion graphic assets for digital and social projects Ensure all deliverables are accurate, on time, and routed through the appropriate departments for approvals Follow department file structures, naming, and processes Keep up to date with industry trends and new technologies in motion graphics design Perform other tasks as assigned Knowledge and skillset requirements: High-level product rendering and realistic looking 3D development skills Expert knowledge of and experience producing content using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including high proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Redshift Knowledge of production workflows in After Effects (including experience with keyframe animation, particle effects, motion tracking, keying, color correction, as well as third-party plugins such as Red Giant, Sapphire, Trapcode) Must be collaborative in a group and open to sharing projects, assets, and files in a nimble team approach Willingness to receive art direction and guidance from creative directors and senior artists Excellent communication skills Strong time management Great multitasking and organizational skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Ability to build storyboards Proficient graphic design skills, including strong eye for typography Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams Qualifications: Education: A degree is required in either Motion, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts or other related fields.
