• Experienced in software development and design (using Embedded C/C++/Other modelling tools)
• Experience with different networking protocol - RTOS, CAN , Flexray, Ethernet
• Experience in concurrently handling multiple projects. Should have atleast 1-3 years of prior experience as Project Manager using Agile methodology
• Hands on experience with autosar architecture
• Experience with controllers preferably, Infineon like TC3xx
• Strong process management, project management, stakeholder management, requirement management and team handling skills.
• Willingness to provide hands on guidance to the project teams as part of steering the projects forward.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Automotive system knowledge (ECU, Sensors, Software) and technical mindset.
• Ability to understand and take decision on technical proposals.
• Good knowledge of ASPICE quality standards is an added advantage
• Experience in using Change management and version management tools (like Rational ClearQuest, GIT, DOORS, Clear Case etc)

BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MCA
