Job Description

:

- Software Product Owner (SW project manager) for the SW development for next-generation cockpit domain controller

- Planning, coordination and monitoring of software development activities in close coordination with system development

- Technical management of an agile software development team

- Contact person for customers and other stakeholders on all SW topics including management

- Ensuring regular communication in the agile team and with external teams

- Ensuring a meaningful division of tasks between the application project and basic development

- Creation and maintenance of the SW Release Plan and the SW Product Backlog in cooperation with the Scrum Master, other disciplines and project managers

- Technical responsibility in the context of software change management

- Ensuring the conformity of the valid development process

- Support for the analysis of customer requirements for software

- Participation in the preparation of offers for new or to be changed software functions

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

- Completed degree in electrical engineering, technical computer science, information technology or a comparable field of study

- Deep technical knowledge of infotainment and connectivity products also a good understanding of dependencies between software, electronics and mechanics and good knowledge especially in requirement engineering and change management processes

- Broad technical skills in connectivity and/or infotainment product design

- Several years of professional experience in software development in the automotive environment

- Several years of experience in SW project management and application of the corresponding agile methodology

- Ability to handle large, complex System/SW Solutions

- Experience with different development processes as well as Scrum techniques

- In-depth knowledge of handling, configuration and the use of standard tools, especially in an agile environment, such as JIRA and Confluence for controlling and documenting development

- Very good written and spoken German and English

- Customer and quality orientation

- Structured work, communication and decision-making skills

- Intercultural Competence

- Motivation to develop a new generation of products together with the dev. team

- Excellent communication skills (including ability to make technical presentations in front of the OEM)
