Analyse data to evaluate existing customer and product related KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and apply analytical techniques to discover meaningful patterns
Building and analyzing sophisticated customer journeys/behavioral patterns which blend a combination of digital behavior data with digital therapeutic data
Analyzing user journeys to understand user behavior with a focus on increasing user stickiness, improving app engagement & retention
Launch A/B tests, analyze experiment results and provide recommendations
Provide insights / guidance on the user journeys and personas
Personalizing user experience through user segmentation & targeting
Use broad spectrum of Machine Learning techniques to extract impactful features from unstructured data
Understanding & experience of concepts like Probabilistic Models, Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Cluster analysis and experience in developing and maintaining machine learning models
Be an innovator and generate ideas / novel approaches to business problems
Build compelling, interactive dashboards utilizing Tableau or Power BI
Responsible for defining, developing, communicating key metrics and business trends to relevant stakeholders
Basic Qualifications
2-8 years of in-depth hands-on experience in building models using statistical and ML modelling techniques & Experimentation
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Advanced Analytics and Data Science, or other relevant degree area; Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred in these disciplines
Experience with the following technologies: Python/R, SQL, Tableau /Power BI
Experience with Auto ML tools , Amazon Sagemaker studio/ Azure machine learning studio/ DATAIKU etc
Additional Skills/Preferences
Strong business acumen and ability to translate data insights into meaningful business recommendations
High learning agility
Familiarity with pharma data sets like (APLD, Xponent, DDD, NPA, FIA, MMIT, etc. )
Experience in working with clinical data sets preferred
Candidates should be comfortable working in ambiguity/whitespace and in working in a fast-moving environment
Exceptional listening skills, with an ability to ask the right questions and uncover hidden insights
Excellent communication (written & verbal), storytelling, and interpersonal influencing skills and prioritization skills with attention to detail
Familiarity with Cloud platforms like AWS (preferred) or Azure
