Job Description
Primary Skills: ABAP HR Inbound and Outbound interfaces User Exits PI ALE/IDoc Secondary skills : WebDynpro ABAP Key Accountabilities ? Designing configuring testing and implementing SAP HR modules ? Developing custom HR solutions using ABAP programming language ? Collaborating with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions ? Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP HR modules ? Creating and maintaining technical documentation for SAP HR systems and processes ? Providing end-user training and support ? Participating in project planning and estimating efforts ? Staying current with the latest SAP HR technologies and trends Qualifications and skills required for SAP HR developer positions may include: 4+ years of experience ? Strong experience with SAP HR modules and related technologies such as ABAP programming language SAP HCM Forms and Processes SAP Payroll SAP Time Management SAP Organizational Management and SAP Personnel Administration ? Familiarity with SAP HR integration with other SAP modules such as Finance Sales and Supply Chain ? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills ? Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders ? Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment ? Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field ? SAP HR certification is a plus.
