Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or treatment starts.
Coordinate with doctors, front desk, and marketing teams for lead updates.
Manage WhatsApp and SMS follow-ups in a timely and polite manner.
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient data and communication.
Handle patient grievances calmly and escalate to seniors when required
