Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally with empathy and accuracy. Provide information about treatments, consultation booking, and follow-up procedures. Maintain records of calls, leads, and patient follow-ups in CRM or Excel. Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or treatment starts. Coordinate with doctors, front desk, and marketing teams for lead updates. Manage WhatsApp and SMS follow-ups in a timely and polite manner. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient data and communication. Handle patient grievances calmly and escalate to seniors when required
