Have experience in junior level, mid level, senior level positions and also internal Sourcing profiles through various sources like database, referral and by online Timesjob.com, Monster.com, LinkedIn, Shine and Naukri. Preparing/ Maintaining Spread Sheets of the candidates based on their experience and Responsible for discussing the job profile with the candidates. Responsible for scheduling interviews, Sourcing, Short listing/ Screening the suitable Gathering feedback for the profiles sent to the Client. Scheduling Interviews. Follow up with candidates till Joining. Timely follow up with the candidates From selection until they join the organization by Maintaining good relationship with Candidates and follow up with them for any other
