Job Role
We are looking for a Zuora Training Specialist to design, deliver, and enhance training modules for end-users, administrators, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth adoption of Zuora solutions by simplifying complex billing, subscription, and revenue processes.
Key Skills
Zuora Expertise: Deep understanding of Zuora Billing, Revenue, and CPQ modules
Subscription Management: Knowledge of pricing, invoicing, amendments, and renewals
Integration Basics: Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, data migration, and CRM integrations (Salesforce preferred)
Training Design: Ability to create engaging training materials (guides, videos, and live sessions)
Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Analytics: Ability to gather feedback and improve training effectiveness
Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience in coordinating with business, finance, and technical teams
