BurnFit Gym is seeking an energetic and passionate

Zumba Trainer

to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will inspire members through fun, high?energy dance workouts that combine fitness with rhythm. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity in choreography, and the ability to motivate diverse groups of participants.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging

Zumba classes

for members of all fitness levels. Design and deliver routines that blend cardio, strength, and dance movements. Motivate participants to achieve their fitness goals while ensuring safety. Create a welcoming, inclusive environment that encourages consistency. Stay updated with the latest Zumba trends and music styles. Collaborate with BurnFit Gym staff to promote classes and increase participation.

Requirements

Certified

Zumba Instructor

(ZIN membership preferred). Prior experience teaching group fitness or dance classes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapt routines for beginners and advanced participants. Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for fitness and dance.
