JD

Should have at least 10 years of experience in Network/Security Support with minimum 5 years experience as a Zscaler SME (ZIA, ZPA, ZCC). Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshooting for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC) across 100,000+ users and all branch locations. Deep understanding of Zscaler architecture, policy management, and troubleshooting. Experience supporting large, distributed environments (100,000+ users, global branches, multiple datacentres). Strong knowledge of internet breakout, SD-WAN, VPN, and remote access technologies Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML, SSO, SIMAAS, ENTRAID) and endpoint security. Experience with VPN solutions, remote and office user access, and endpoint security. Excellent communication and customer engagement skills. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive issues to closure. Own end-to-end incident, problem, and change management for Zscaler solutions, including root cause analysis and permanent fixes. Collaborate with customer teams to gather requirements, analyse logs, and provide proactive recommendations. Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during critical incidents or planned changes. Zscaler Certified Professional (ZCP) or higher certification is preferred ITIL certification or experience with Service Now is Preferred . Must Ready to work in 24X7 Environments in rotational basis . Must ready to work on Transition Environment . Mandatory Skills: Zscaler Web Security .
