Deputy Manager/Manager - Business Finance

Position : DM / Manager - Business Finance

Experience : 3+ years

Department : Business Finance

Qualification : MBA (Finance) | CFA | CA

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Business finance partner to collaborate with the business leaders in building the annual operating plan and driving periodic actions in achieving the plan through regular reviews.

- To build weekly, monthly and annual operating plans and drive performance reviews with plan vs actual variance analysis, insights, actions and recommendations.

- To work with cross functional teams across accounting, legal, marketing, demand and supply teams to drive business performance.

- To build financial models and scenario planning models to assess the ROI impact of business decisions.

- To understand the business drivers, key funnel metrics and stakeholders which will help in building operating plan and conduct performance reviews.

Must Haves:

- MBA Finance or CA with at least 3-5 years of experience in a business finance based role

- Should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Should possess an analytical, data-driven mindset.

- Should be proactive, self-motivated, team player.

- Prior experience with a start-up specifically e-commerce or another marketplace would be preferred.
