Job Description

Role Description:-




1. To Co-ordinate and deliver learning outcomes in relation to digital skills courses as directed by the


Training Manager and Head of Deptt.


2. To carry out training needs analysis and digital skills development plans.


3. To evaluate VBA's competence in relevant digital skills and in ways that will inform assessment and


successful achievement of learning & evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes


ensuring they fulfil the digital literacy needs of an organization.


4. To design, organize and deliver digital skills training programs appropriate to the skills needed in the university.


This includes delivering training programs - a classroom, or online (e-learning and webinar).


5. To design course materials and other materials such as handouts, manuals and exercises in support of the


learning process.


6. To conducted group company seminars focusing on personality development among participants.


7. Facilitated training in grammar, presentation skills improvement, product knowledge, proper behaviour,


and business etiquette.


8. To cater lessons on communication and public speaking skills improvements.9. To train participants in various aspects of personality development.10. Collecting learning material and planning activities to train their participants.11. Identifying the strengths and weaknesses of participants and planning the training.12. Analyzing the potency and calculating progress in the training program.
