Job description
Delivers group and individual instruction and training- Deploying a wide variety of training methods.
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions by coordinating with various departments.
- Assists in analyzing and assessing training and development needs for individuals, groups & Distribution teams
- Provide opportunities for ongoing developments to team members to upskill their abilities and plan a career path.
- Adopt newer ways of teaching and ease the process of learning to sales -promoters
- Follow the guidelines provided by HO and plan the training for sales promoters accordingly.
- Visit the market to analyze the current problems and share feedback/solutions to respective State Trainers
- Reviews existing training materials and produce new ones according to the current situation.
- Modifies or creates course materials and product manuals to meet specific training needs depending on the zone.
Required Candidate profile
Preferable candidates from the smartphone industry or Product Specialist Trainer- Excellent communication skills in English & Regional Language (written & spoken)
- Presentation and content preparation skills
- Creative Positive mindset to deal with a high-pressure working environment
- Groomed personality and professional etiquette,
- Critical Thinking, Planning Ability, Team management, Leadership skills
- Influencing and convincing skills
