Zonal Technical Manager (West & South) - Training/ Hair Education - Personal & Hair Care firm - 10+ Years - Mumbai
An exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead technical training, product education and talent development in Hair domain, for one of the leading brands in the beauty, personal & hair care domain. If you are passionate about building technical capabilities and enhancing customer engagement through education - this role is for you!

Responsibilities: * Develop and manage training calendars for internal and external stakeholders.

• Execute customer engagement through seminars, workshops, and masterclasses.
• Innovate training methods and continuously enhance technical education standards.
• Coordinate with international artists for technical programs in India.
• Coach and monitor technical teams to achieve training targets.
• Deliver product and technical training to sales and marketing teams.
• Conduct product trials and collaborate with QA, R&D, and Marketing teams for improvements.
• Track daily technician performance and share insights with key stakeholders.

Requirements: * Strong strategic planning and technical knowledge in hair care domain.

• Excellent communication skills - spoken and written.
• Proven team leadership and delegation skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate technical teams.
• Result-driven approach with a passion for technical excellence.
