We are seeking an experienced Zonal Manager to lead business development across the West Zone. The role involves driving revenue growth, expanding market penetration, and strengthening relationships with architects, interior designers, kitchen studios, PMCs, fabricators, developers, and HoReCa clients. This is a strategic and high-impact leadership role requiring strong team management and on-ground execution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Zone Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and develop new markets to increase sales volume & brand reach
- Build & execute zonal business plans aligned with organizational objectives
- Open new key accounts across distributors, fabricators, kitchen companies & developers
- Enhance brand presence through presentations, sample placements & exhibitions
2. Sales & Revenue Management
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
- Develop strategies for regional growth across all product lines
