Zonal Sales Manager - 811 Digital Sales (Position Based out of Delhi)
Job Role & Responsibilities :

• Manage CSM ASM and Channel for North & East Region.
• Lead 600+ AMDs 40+ RMs and 100+ M2 & above team members.
• Responsible for Zonal P&L
• Relationships with Kotak group companies staff for driving cross sell.
• Relationship management with Kotak Area Heads and Regional Heads of BB/Sales.
• Training and upskilling of staff.

• Minimum 15 years of experience of leading channel sales & large sales team.
• High on energy drive focus - Execution oriented.
• Digital quotient , CRM exposure , Analytical bent of mind.
• High on interpersonal skills/Coaching and grooming
• Excellent communication.
