. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Zonal Sales Manager to lead our sales operations within a designated region and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

:

Sales Strategy & Execution

:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adjust sales strategies. Implement promotions, product launches, and new initiatives in the region.

Team Management & Development

:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives, Retail Managers, and other sales personnel. Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team to ensure product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service standards are consistently met. Conduct performance reviews and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.

Business Development & Relationship Management

:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, distributors, and business partners. Expand the customer base and ensure customer loyalty through effective relationship management. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in customer needs and product offerings.

Sales Monitoring & Reporting

:

Track sales performance and key metrics for the region. Prepare regular reports on sales trends, achievements, challenges, and market insights for upper management. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth

Experience

:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the jewelry, luxury, or fashion industry. Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing teams. Strong network within the jewelry industry is a plus.
