The candidate must have prior experience handling hospitals, distributors, and regional sales teams in the medical equipment domain.Key Responsibilities- Achieve zonal sales, revenue, and growth targets.- Develop and manage Distributor / Dealer network.- Drive Business Development in Hospitals, Nursing Homes & Corporate Healthcare Groups.- Conduct product presentations, demos, clinical evaluations, and support installations.- Handle Key Accounts, Hospital Purchase Committees, and Biomedical Teams.- Lead and manage ASM / RSM / Sales Executives within the zone.- Participate in tender/rate contract pricing discussions and institutional procurement.- Track competitor moves, pricing, and market trends.- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline tracking, and management reports.Required Skills & Experience- 15+ years of total sales experience in Medical Devices / Surgical Equipment industry.- Minimum 5 years of experience managing Zonal / Regional sales.- Strong network with Surgeons, OT Managers, Hospital Purchase Heads, Biomedical Departments.- Proven expertise in distributor management and territory expansion.- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership & decision-making skills.- Knowledge of Endoscopy / Imaging / Urology / OR Solutions will be an added advantage.Education- Graduate (Mandatory)- MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferredHow to ApplyInterested candidates can share their resume at: 7428735803 (Call / WhatsApp) (ref:updazz.com)
