About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Zonal Sales Manager to lead and grow sales across the Western Region in the premium footwear segment. This senior leadership role involves managing large territories, driving revenue, strengthening distributor and retail networks, and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver zonal sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth
Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers
Strengthen distributor and retail networks across the zone
Expand presence in premium footwear retail formats and multi-brand outlets
Develop and execute strategies for market penetration and brand growth
Monitor performance metrics, analyze market trends, and present reports to leadership
Requirements
15 to 20 years of total experience, with 8 to 10 years in premium footwear sales
Strong expertise in distribution and retail channel management
Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate sales teams
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹208,000.00 per month
