Full-time | 6 days/week

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Zonal Sales Manager to lead and grow sales across the Western Region in the premium footwear segment. This senior leadership role involves managing large territories, driving revenue, strengthening distributor and retail networks, and mentoring high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver zonal sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers Strengthen distributor and retail networks across the zone Expand presence in premium footwear retail formats and multi-brand outlets Develop and execute strategies for market penetration and brand growth Monitor performance metrics, analyze market trends, and present reports to leadership
Requirements

15 to 20 years of total experience, with 8 to 10 years in premium footwear sales Strong expertise in distribution and retail channel management Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate sales teams Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹208,000.00 per month
