Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Strategy & Execution

o

Develop and execute zonal sales strategies aligned with the organization's goals.

o

Ensure achievement of sales targets, revenue growth, and market share.

o

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt strategies.

o

Team Leadership & Development

o

Lead, train, and motivate Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and Channel Partners.

o

Set clear performance targets and KPIs; regularly review team performance.

o

Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.

o

Customer & Channel Management

o

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, OEMs, and channel partners.

o

Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

o

Oversee channel development and optimize distribution networks.

o

Business Development

o

Identify and tap into new business opportunities across industrial segments

o

Work with the marketing team to organize zonal campaigns, trade shows, and customer engagement events.

o

Sales Operations & Reporting

o

Monitor zonal sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

o

Forecast demand, plan inventory, and coordinate with supply chain/logistics.

oEnsure adherence to company pricing, credit, and compliance policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

Industrial equipment: 1 year (Required)
Willingness to travel:

100% (Required)
