Key Responsibilities



Sales & Revenue Generation:

Own monthly/annual sales targets for residential, commercial, or EPC projects by driving leads, conversions, and market penetration.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and mentor area sales managers and field teams to build a high-performance culture.

Market Strategy:

Analyze trends, competitor activities, and identify opportunities for growth in the assigned zone.

Customer & Project Lifecycle:

Manage the entire customer journey from site audits and proposal negotiations to installation and post-sales service.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and technical departments for smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications & Skills



Experience:

6-11 years of experience in solar, renewable energy, or related B2B/industrial sales.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or Business Administration is typically required.

Skills:

Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
