Develop and implement the overall sales strategy for the zone, guiding the team in engaging key accounts, including retailers, manufacturers, and wholesalers.
High-Level Negotiations:
Oversee major client presentations and lead critical negotiations, empowering the team to effectively demonstrate platform value and close significant deals.
Market Leadership & Travel:
Travel across the zone to support your team, build high-level strategic partnerships, analyze market trends, and represent the company at a senior level. (Travel expenses will be fully reimbursed).
Performance Management:
Drive the effective use of CRM tools for accurate reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the zone.
Team Leadership & Mentoring:
Mentor and lead a team of sales managers/executives to build a robust sales pipeline, ensuring zonal revenue targets are consistently exceeded and fostering a culture of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-7+ years of extensive experience in B2B sales, with at least 2-3 years in a team leadership or sales management role (e.g., as a Territory or Area Manager).
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and managing a sales region.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, capable of influencing both internal teams and external partners.
In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and sales performance metrics.
A proven track record of driving significant sales growth and exceeding zonal or regional targets.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned zone as required.
