Role Overview
As a Zonal Sales Manager, you will act as a trusted consultant--bridging the gap between architectural vision, homeowner expectations, and practical solutions. You will meet architects, builders, and end customers, showcase our product range, suggest the right solutions based on design & budget, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business in the project segment.
Meet architects, builders, and homeowners to understand project needs.
Provide tailored solutions considering design, functionality, and budget.
Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Coordinate with production & installation teams to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain strong relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Track payments and manage receivables.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 3+ years in consultative/project sales (building materials, interiors, construction, or related industries preferred).
Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Mindset:
Solution-oriented, customer-focused, and target-driven.
Languages:
Malayalam & English (mandatory).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
