Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the zone
Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve them
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion
Train and develop the sales team to improve their performance
Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback to the team
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in banking / Society / NBFC / Nidhi/ any other Finance Companies.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good knowledge of the market trends and customer preferences
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
