Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic

Zonal Head - Sales & Marketing

to lead business operations, drive revenue growth, and strengthen market presence across an assigned zone. This leadership role is responsible for managing

multi-location sales and awareness operations

, ensuring operational excellence, team performance, and customer satisfaction while aligning with organizational growth objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Operations & Revenue Management

Achieve and exceed

sales and marketing targets

across the assigned zone Oversee zonal

financial planning

, expense approvals, and optimal resource utilization Monitor branch-level performance and implement corrective actions where required
Team Leadership & Performance Management

Lead, recruit, train, and develop

high-performing Counselling & Awareness teams

Drive productivity through goal-setting, reviews, coaching, and

Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)

Regularly review and update

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

to enhance efficiency
Compliance & Governance

Address employee and customer

grievances

in a timely and professional manner Ensure compliance with organizational policies, statutory requirements, and operational guidelines
Market Awareness & Campaign Execution

Conduct

market research

to identify growth opportunities and competitive trends Plan, execute, and evaluate

zonal marketing and awareness campaigns

Manage campaign budgets and track ROI and performance metrics
Stakeholder & Relationship Management

Strengthen

customer satisfaction and brand presence

within the zone Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

MBA preferred

5-7 years of experience

in

sales management, business development, or educational leadership

, preferably in a

multi-location role

Proven experience in managing large teams and zonal or regional operations Proficiency in

CRM tools, data analysis, and market intelligence

Strong understanding of

IT education and training organizations

Demonstrated passion for improving the

Indian education ecosystem
