Zonal Manager
to lead operations across
two clusters with 15 outlets
, managing a team of over
100 employees
and driving a
monthly business of ?75 lakh
and above
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in
spa or wellness operations
, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of service and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all operational, financial, and service aspects of 15 wellness outlets across two clusters.
Lead and motivate a large team, ensuring excellence in performance, service delivery, and guest satisfaction.
Achieve revenue, profit, and performance targets as per business goals.
Conduct regular audits for quality, hygiene, and brand compliance.
Develop and execute strategies to improve business efficiency and guest retention.
Coordinate with HR and Training teams for recruitment, onboarding, and skill development.
Provide detailed business updates and performance reports directly to the owner.
Travel across outlets for
at least 10 days per month
for operational supervision and review.
Requirements:
Preferred:
5-10 years of experience in
Spa, Wellness, or Hospitality operations
(Spa experience will be first preference).
Proven experience in managing multi-location operations and large teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
Willingness to travel as per business needs (approx. 10 days/month).
