Job Role & Responsibilities
:
Responsible for driving sales and business growth of Electric Vehicles in the assigned zones (North & South Bengal).
Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Officers.
Identify, appoint and develop EV dealerships and channel partners across both zones.
Monitor and achieve zonal sales targets, profitability, and market share objectives.
Create strategic sales plans, promotional schemes, and dealer incentive programs to enhance performance.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to formulate proactive strategies.
Coordinate closely with marketing, service, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
Develop B2B and institutional sales opportunities in the region.
Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecast planning for the management.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, reporting norms, and field discipline.
Candidate Requirements
:
Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in the Automobile industry; EV experience is strongly preferred.
Proven track record in team management and achieving sales targets.
Young, energetic, dynamic, and result-oriented individual.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
Knowledge of regional market dynamics, dealer network, and EV trends will be an advantage.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
